This  spreadsheet  contains  high  school  gradua2on  rates  for  the  following  2me  frame  and  student  cohort:SY0607G09_4YR -- Results over four years for the cohort beginning with first-time 9th graders.

Rates are reported only for subgroups where the graduation/completion denominator is 10 or greater.

All  changes  to  disposi2on  codes  made  by  districts  through  5pm  on  Japril  27,  2011  have  been  applied  to  the  data.

The  results  in  this  spreadsheet  were  run  on  April  28,  2010.

IMPORTANT CAVEATS AND LIMITATIONS(1) Special Cohort Characteristics -- This cohort begins with first-time 9th graders in 2006/2007.

(2) The results in this spreadsheet conform to guidance issued by the US Department of Education. (3) Results are apportioned to the district/school in which the student was enrolled during each month of enrollment over the 4-year period.(4) Results are NOT comparable to the results for cohorts SY0102G09 and SY0203G09 that included repeaters.(5) Results ARE comparable to the special run of cohort SY0203G09 that begins with first-time 9th graders .and the cohort SY0304G09 that begins with first-time 9th graders CONSIDERING that all cohorts prior to the SY0405G09 cohort were NOT apportioned.(6) Results accurately reflect the data entered into MSIS by school districts.(7) The results are accurate to the extent that the data entered into MSIS by school districts were correct.
