Leadership: Towards a PDS definition:• A leader: anyone willing to help, who sees

something that needs to change and takes the first steps to create that change and influence that situation.

• It’s a quality of paying attention to what needs to change for the better.

• Someone who understands and accepts a role in creating change. And keeps doing that until apprehended!

A leader is a design thinker

• A problem seeker, a need seeker.

• Sees an issue. Comes up with possible solutions.

• Tries one out. Learns from the experience

• Keeps trying
