Dear Smart People, So you think you now the people of the teashop well? Well smart guys maybe you didn’t know some of the things I am about to tell you… I mean… show you. What you are about to see is an inside view of these people. I had time to interview them with a few other dudes!

Environment

The people of the teashop live in a very idle place. Nothing much happens there. There are plenty of natural beauty. They all love living there. There are lots of place for kids to play and often some cars or trishaws pass by. Mostly what they have are natural resources. Trees, plants, and rich soil are some of the natural resources they have. The people of the teashop live in a place of greenery!

These people use some plants forcooking some of the meals. They eat lots and Lots of plants which they get from their Surrounding.

Daily RoutineThe people of the teashop are not much different from us in their daily routine. They get up, bathe ( everyone has to share one bathroom), the women start cooking, then they all eat their daily breakfast (rice and vegetables or on occasion meat). At last they all get ready for their daily jobs, trishaw, taking care of the teashop or cleaning.

The men mostly drive the trishaws, Women who rides the trishaws are rare.The people of the teashop usually ride the trishaws because they cannot afford cars.

Medical Health

When someone is sick or in a medical condition, what do these people do? Well they drive that person in either trishaws or taxis. When they’re inside a nearby clinic, they pay 2,000kyts for the treatment. Once they are better they come back to the teashop and rest for a few days then get back to work.

The people rent the trishaws. ThenThey give rides to people and make money.

Cyclone DestructionDuring the dreaded cyclone these peoples’ trees fell and blocked the roads. Their houses were not destroyed but the roof’s were damaged. They had to clear the roads. So everyone in the neighborhood helped. Then after the roads were done they had to clean the flood up.

Mostly the men helped clean the bigtrees. The women helped clean the flood.

SuppliesThe people work hard every day to earn their living. They all get their supplies from the city. They all pitch in to get the supplies. Of course it is not easy considering the fact that everything is expensive and not that cheap as before.

They have to work harder each year toGet the supplies. The prices increaseEvery year.

TeashopThe teashop has been in the neighborhood for a long time. They sell meals and most of all herbal tea. The place is made from mostly wood. There are three teashops in all. It is a happy and cheerful place with friendly people.

The seats in the teashop is made of tree stumps. They are very close to the ground.

The people of the teashop sell bananas too. They sell them in bamboo baskets.

U Tun TunThis presentation is all thanks to U Tun TunWe interviewed him. He has driven the trishaw for 15 years. He’s married. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
