Adjectives

• Use a variety of adjectives to be more colourful:

• Personality adjectives to talk about people: cheerful, reliable, stubborn, honest, charming, witty, quick-tempered, adventurous…

• Also positive and negative adjectives to talk about things: amusing, convenient, practical, enjoyable, inexpensive, astonishing….

TensesLearn verb tenses well.

Remember there isn’t a grammar test and your knowledge of

grammar will be tested in your oral exam.

The teachers want to know if you are able to speak in present, past,

future…if you are able to talk about plans ‘going to’, hypothesis ‘I would’, facts (present perfect)

etc…
