We make negative remarks with “no + negative auxiliary.

If there is an auxiliary in the first verb, it is repeated. If no, do, does or did is used.

She sings well.

No, she doesn’t.

That’s Susi! Oh, no, it isn’t.

I can do it. No, you can’t.

No, it isn’t.
