Train the Trainers (TtT) Conference
April 23 – 25, 2010, AIESEC in Latvia
Conference Profile
• The purpose of this conference is to prepare and train new waves of qualitative AIESEC trainers and facilitators.
• This is a great chance to learn how:– to teach and lead others, – to keep information up to date, – to reinforce new learning.
• The conference offers an opportunity to learn the use of a broad set of training tools to develop, implement, and evaluate the achieved knowledge in order to obtain the maximum results.
Participants will gain …
• A first-hand collaboration experience with training process.
• Presentation, feedback, and debriefing skills.• Understanding about group dynamics and
group conflict management.• Active listening and observation skills.
Participants also …
• Will significantly improve their Curriculum Vitae (CV) and double chances of gaining a leadership position within AIESEC.
Conference Structure
The conference will be facilitated by AIESEC’ers from abroad who will host two separate tracks: Basic Training Skills and Advanced Training Skills.
