I’ll be straight up honest with you. I don’t either.

I know, I know, I’m supposed to be the expert.

Well let me tell you why being an amazon

affiliate is only for those who know the true

secrets of becoming successful in internet

marketing.

Of course you could do a review of the pillow and post it on

google, youtube, squidoo and other traffic sources. What you

need is a way to keep your prospects engaged however.

If all your prospects did was see your review they would

say,”thanks for the info” and leave your page, never to return

again. So sad, I know. But it’s the truth. You’ll end up with

cold prospects who got the info they wanted and left your

page never to return again.

So you may have spent hours creating content and posting it

but without follow up you might as well kiss your amazon

affiliate commission goodbye. But be aware. Simply

following up by itself is not enough. Your prospect needs a

reason to “opt in” to your offer. Reason being the keyword.

So if you had a small e-book titled “10 Little Known Secrets

You Need To Know Before Buying A Pregnancy Pillow”,

then your prospect would most likely buy from you instead of

giving the amazon commission to someone else.

You need a couple of things to be successful online. You need

traffic and you need a landing page, and you need sales. The best

way to sell is to have multiple opportunities to show your product

to your prospect.

So let’s say you want to sell pregnancy pillows. I use this example

because I actually did make a little money selling pregancy

pillows through amazon. When I say a little, I mean around $5.

Not enough for amazon to cut loose with the money and send me

a check. They require $10 or more. But more on that story later.
