It is stated that, I have come to know from PTA sim verification online system of Pakistan that there are some connections which have been illegally issued on my CNIC NO.

Here I requested you, except those connections which are mentioned in the list and in my use please disown all the other connections which are not in my use. The company name and mobile number which are in my use are enlisted below.
