Insights

• People behaves like if nothing surprises them. Everything they see, they do not even read it maybe because they assume it is more of the same message.

• Messages are more into “controlling” or “selling”, rather than “seducing” consumers.

• Noisy places. People do not seem to realize about this.• People is more into aware of where are the surveillance

cameras.• Customers seems to be more like doing a duty rather

than enjoying shopping. They say no to every promoter.

Opportunities

• Designing messages and promotion strategies that “surprises” people: not more of the same or just one more.

• Making shop more quiet rather than “exciting” may attract people to a new atmosphere, where “selling” is not that obvious.

• Please hide cameras!
