Ashley Stanton: Bio Oscar Wilde said, “You can never be overdressed or overeducated.” Ashley came to appreciate this saying at an early age. With a passion for fashion and knowing everything she can about the industry, Ashley has developed an eclectic skill set. She is a creative and dedicated individual with experience in many different roles throughout the retail industry including 6 years as a Store Manager and Pricer for a Luxury Consignment Store.

Ashley has completed her degree in Merchandise Marketing at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Francisco. Ashley is looking for an opportunity within a company where she can put her creative skills to work and build upon her existing industry knowledge. With proficiency in luxury sales, store management, and visual merchandising Ashley is sure to be a welcomed addition to the fashion retail industry.

I developed a concept for a store called “Retrofitters”. I designed the interior, floor plan, and wall elevations. I also

merchandised the store with fixtures and visuals based on my target market.

Jessica Parker’s appearance at Nordstrom to promote her new line. The Press Kit includes: Cover Letter,

News Release, Fact Sheet, Photo Opportunity Sheet, and Photo with

Caption.

I created a blog called “Harlow Dreams”. The

theme of the blog is Fashion and Film and this particular blog covered the Red Carpet

at the Golden Globes.

I created the home page to an online magazine called “Modern Maven”. It is a magazine for the modern woman

with a playful vintage theme.

department at Nordstrom. I created a Market Trend

Analysis based on company, demographic, and

psychographic information.

Within a team environment, I built a customer profile of the typical male

Burberry client in Chicago. I used demographic and psychographic data to

allocate a sweater to the Chicago store. The colors and sizes chosen are reflective of this

data.
