Indie: Confident, energetic and enthusiastic people. They have become one of Britain’s largest and most influential group of people.

Music: bands likes – Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, The Klaxons, Glasvegas, Pete Doherty, The Libertines.

Fan won’t go off a band (Arctic Monkeys) just because they have chart success.

Indie kids are more attracted to bands with teenage members or members who aren’t that far apart in terms of age. (Small gap between them and their audience).

All age gigs and festivals are extremely popular and are suggestive of the rising ‘youth pride’ of this group.Fashion: Converse, skinny/slim jeans, band T-shirts, Shirts with top button done up, polo-shirts, chelsea boots, trainers.

Massive Arctic Monkeys fan, has bought all four main albums aswell as demos and singles. Seen them three times, all at different venues.
