Education is free Education is a recession free industry. Here is a plan that will give very high returns by providing education for free.
Basic Information
The idea is to provide digital education and ERP solution for
free of cost. It will cause to various social benefits. Thus it can
be projected as non-profit, social business or CSR activity.
Impact of idea
Our services will assist the entire school education. Although
digital education is already there in the market but they are
catering to a niche market as their services are very costly. We
will be providing enhanced digital education and other
required services for free. It will penetrate and acquire large
market exponentially.
Conversion of idea
We will convert the idea by a combination of in house and
outsourcing of development. We will go for co-branding and
latest technology to cut the cost of conversion.
Market & size
At initial level we will target CBSE affiliated schools. The
market is vast; there are about 2 million schools in the
country. We are targeting middle level schools and individual
students; still these are far away from digital education.
Product
We will provide quality services to the education system by
technological means. Present scenario of Indian education
system is changing day by day as the technological
penetration is getting deeper. Computer and tablet have
become essential part of education system. Internet opens
great opportunities to use computers/tablets in education
system. Education process has become more interactive and
demonstrative. But there is no backup to support the growth
of computers/tablet in terms of software for education
system. Our services are innovative and developed to give
proper backup in the form of digital education. We are first in
the country offering such services. The exiting services are
confined to the schools only but we will be serving individual
students, teachers, coaches as well. This is an integrated and
comprehensive service that is going to provide digital
education and ERP solution at a common platform.
Sales & Distribution
Availability, affordability, accessibility, visibility and
awareness these are some common points which are
responsible for the reach in a market. We are offering services
for free so these are affordable for anyone. Product will be
served through internet platform so it will be available and
accessible throughout the globe. Visibility will increase with
the time by the co-branding with institution, organisations
and our service users. The service we are going to offer solves
lots of social issues thus it will give us a great benefits for
promotion through social media; It will go viral on social
media at a negligible cost.
Distribution of the services will be online and centralize. Most
of the S&D affairs will be performed online. For smooth
running of activities, we will be having teams for
demonstration & setups at district and state level as per the
requirements.
Next Step
As at initial level we are in K12 segment for the expansion we
will add UG, PG and competition courses in our services.
Financials
We will be following our vision for that we have got various
options of costing and revenue generation. We are sure that it
will achieve BEP within a couple of years. Then the returns
will be very high.
