School-Wide Intervention

1. Warning/conference with student 2. Student will fill out time-to-think (TTT) form and parents are notified. 3. If the student has 3 time-to-think forms on file, a win-win contract will be sent

home for parents and student to complete together and return to school.

Whole Class Reward: Music Box/Student Store

Individual Reward: Clip Chart/ LIM Tickets

*Later in the year, I will move from tickets to “fake money” for students to practice their money handling skills.

do this on their own! • Any work that was not completed in

class. • Homework Log- signed by you! Shows

me that your child read at least 20 minutes.

• Homework Folder should be brought back and forth to school every day.

• Homework Log: students write homework in their every day- website
