• Standard Report Cards and Transcript forms are accessible from the Mail module (not Reports).
• The Education Edge “pre-configured” database is installed in the Blackbaud hosting environment with sample Report Cards and Transcript templates. No need to start from scratch!
• Forms are reusable and can be shared with other users.
• Skills added in Grading information setup are available in Mail setup options.
• The Education Edge Grades module includes an option to publish Report Cards to the web (NetClassroom module is required). A PDF file is created for viewing in NetClassroom. System settings for NetClassroom are located in the Configuration module.

• Custom Report Cards and Transcripts can be saved in the Reports module.
• Add links to frequently used Forms using the Favorites option.

XAP Transcript Option
#BBK12UC
• Schools in some states require standardized XAP transcripts.
• For example, XAP transcripts are used by Georgia schools that require special transcripts to be submitted for Hope Scholarship applicants. Link to Blackbaud Knowledgebase tip: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/43270.
• Creating a XAP transcript file entails selecting the parameters for information to include from Registrar’s Office. You then export the information as a text (*.txt) file that you can upload to XAP.
