[Cal U Critters]

My first attempt at some multimedia stuffs…

Page 2: Cal Wild Life

These first pictures were my attempts at photographing stray cats that live in the River Lot on Cal U’s campus…

Page 3: Cal Wild Life

The man in the picture was feeding the cats. He said that many of the cats could be taken home if someone wanted. Many of them had up to date

shots and were spayed or neutered. He said he had taken 4 of them home already.

I was having a hard time adjusting to the night setting on my camera, so a lot of my pictures of the cats turned out dark or blurry…

I was able to approach the cats. There were approximately 15 to 20 cats in the lot that night.

I found these guys swimming around in a fish tank in the Eberly Science and Technology building’s first floor. I did the most editing to this picture, deleting posters

that could be seen on the far wall through the tank.

This picture was my best attempt at taking pictures of bees that were pollinating flowers on campus. This picture was difficult to capture because the bees were small

and constantly moving.

Next were birds. This little guy was sitting on a curb outside of Hamer Gym.

This was my only shot of this bird. Soon after taking this shot, someone revved up their engine and the bird flew away.

This bird was in a tree outside of the Natali Student Center. This was the best shot I could get considering the bird kept looking the other way.

Stinkbugs are a big problem on campus this year. This bug was on my car.
