WHAT IS PHRÒNESIS?For the ancient Greeks, the word Phrònesis meant “the art of knowing how to live.” This had more to do

with a practical wisdom than a contemplative one: learning to live, which was nothing more than perfecting one’s virtues and human potential.

It is this philosophy that gave birth to Phrònesis, an Editorial of electronic content, which, through its publications and events, seeks to provide people with the tools to gain greater well-being, happiness,

mental health, physical health, and a life that comes closer and closer to the greatly sought after “inner peace”.
