PROFESSIONAL DRUMMER• A Professional drummer is exactly what is sounds like.

• You play the drums well enough to where someone hires you to be their drummer or you are in a band and you play live.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • You need to be able to read drum notes.

• You should take any drum classes you can in school.

• You can also take classes for music editing. It could be helpful.

• You should also think of another career and take classes for that too in case the professional drummer thing doesn't work out like you wanted.

BEST SCHOOLS• Harvard University, Cambridge, MA

• Princeton University in Princeton, NJ

• Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA

• University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, IN

TUITION COST• It really depends on what school you go to.

• At Columbia College, the price ranges from $180 to $345.

• There are also online drumming tutoring and the prices depend too.

AVERAGE ANNUAL INCOME VS AVERAGE ANNUAL EXPENSES

• California Wages can range from $21.13 to $53.28 an hour.

• Yearly salaries can range from 25K to 100K.

• The price can also depend for live concerts

• The expenses depend your equipment, choice of travel, and where you are traveling

CAREER BENEFITS• It's great exercise and it will give you better coordination and speed with lots of practice.

• It gives you self motivation.

• It makes you a musician.

WHY I WANT TO PURSUE THIS CAREER

• I am a drummer

UPSIDES AND DOWNSIDES• Drumming is good exercise, but make sure that you exercise besides drumming.

• It will give you coordination and speed.

• You can suffer from getting calyces from all of that drumming.
