Every educational system are alot of works and complex.Here, more talk about the key aspects of an ideal online learning infrastructure are described and adjusted for real situations, where it inevitable and unexpectable.

In reality, such comple picture is rarely available, for example for distance learning students have access to high-speed connectivity. Since this access is expanding, an organization might choose to use a system that require high-speed bandwith and also provide to alternative access the system like providing CD-ROM to user not yet served high-speed system. It is important to consider student based on demographics and other factors always affect the timing of such desicion.

BASIC THINKINGThe clear identification of the learning outcomes is a program or a training event or any kind that useful in many ways;Design of assessment systemThe degree of prior learningThe measuring of quality offering In academic fields, Having comprehensive and clearly stated learning outcomes, and curriculum and associated teaching approaches that are designed to meet the outcomes , makes the task of building an ideal online learning system much easier.Otherwise in professional field, knowledge, skill and attributes expected of successfull completer is fairly routine and a curriculum and associated teaching and learning system can be advised & cross reference.

OVERALL STRUCTURE and ORGANIZATIONBased on good understanding on an institutions of companys business and values, such as to the intended students market and the needs of curriculum. Based on this basis, the framework of online learning can be developed and delivered. Where the framework will show the organization of various components of proposed system and will facilitate the development of complete business plan.
