CHOCOLATESENSATION
For our business we are going to set up a stall where we would sell cupcakes, cookies and hot chocolate. We are going to have a variety of flavours of cupcakes and cookies. The name of our business is Chocolate Sensation. We are also going to have gift boxes if the customers wants to buy anything for their friends as gifts. We would also give out a questionnaire to find out what customers like most, the price we would be selling at and the best time of day to sell. We will be selling these in the street at college.

The two most popular cupcakes flavours were Vanilla and Chocolate and the least was dark chocolate . We would produce more vanilla and chocolate and less dark chocolate.

Double chip chocolate was the most favourite flavour and smarties was the least. So we would produce more double chocolate chip. And fewer smarties.

Most people would want to purchase our products in morning and lunchtime so that would be what time we would choose.
Target Market
Our target market is for everyone. Anyone can have a cupcake or cookie, however, we are mostly targeting young people because we will be studying in college and they will be more likely to purchase a cookie, cupcake and hot chocolate. We will be probably be selling are products to young people rather than staff because the students will generally take a break well as staff would work through their break.
Sources of finance
Everyone in the company will invest £70,which will come from their personal savings and parent’s loan.

What our selling price will be and why?
We did some research online and going to local bakeries, such as Greggs and in the college canteen to judge how much we should charge for our goods.
