Classroom PlanAfter observing in the eLearning classroom, some teachers in our school identified our furniture as being barriers which prevented them from adopting a similar approach.

Teachers were challenged to create a classroom plan which included:

• Designated ‘group’ teaching space that is not directly in front of the whiteboard.

•Projector/ mimio clear so that it can be used for group work.

•Reduced percentage of the space you take with your stuff – eg desk/ shelves/ resources

•Teachers who have a shared space to identify how this is used.

•Spaces for children to collaborate identified.
