Types of Conferences

Parent MeetingTypically only includes the parent and the counselorScheduled during the course of the school day

Parent/Teacher ConferenceTypically involves all of a child’s teachersHeld at 2:20 (right after school)*If you want to meet with only 1 teacher that will be scheduled

during the teacher’s plan period

How to schedule a conference

Each counselor may schedule their conferences a little differently based on personal preferences.

Note that Wednesdays are reserved for faculty/staff development thus conferences will not be scheduled on that day.
