• This colour scheme would work well for an Indie Folk print advert.

•Bold colours connote eccentricity and pale colours connote innocence and youthfulness.

• The background also appears artistic, which would appeal to an Indie Folk genre.

• These colours are elegant and classy. They are also more sombre, which is a convention of the Indie Folk genre.

• This photo is classy and elegant with its juxtaposition of pale, innocent colours with the dark, sombre background.

• This would connote the Indie Folk genre very well as the paleness would connote innocence, and the dark would connote sadness.

• Having looked at a variety of different colour schemes which could be used in my print advert (and also in my digipak to add continuity), all of these colour schemes would be suitable for the Indie Folk genre.

• I deliberately used photos of existing Indie artists so I could see what existing artists use as their colour scheme.

• In order to decide which one to use, I will need to experiment on the photos that I have taken for my print advert, to see which one will be most suited to my particular print advert.
