Spanish omelette
Ingredients (3 people):
Four eggs ½ onion ½ kilograme of potatoes Oil (one glass, ¼ litre) Salt
Steps:
Step 1: Wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Once you have the oil hot, put the potatoes in it, adding minced onion and salt until they were fried. When the potatoes were fried, separate them from the oil with the help of a sieve.
Step 2: Beat the eggs with salt and once beaten, add the potatoes. Mix them well with the beaten egg.
Step 3: Prepare again the pan in the fire with oil. Put on it the mixture of eggs and potatoes. When you appreciate that the omelette became solid, put a cover over it and turn it round several times.
Now you can eat it hot or cold as you prefer. It’s served in many bars as a “tapa”
