Organization’s culture has few character traits: Result oriented Follows bottom up approach Employee oriented Regular feedback Promotes innovation Easygoing
Conflicts are not always bad for an organization, one does not need to
resolve all conflicts.
But conflicts can’t be ignored completely because at the end of the day organization’s motive of
attaining business depends on employees and groups…

CONFLICTS Lack of trust among the employees:
There was a case of leaking IP and a guy was blamed for that which obviously created a situation of stress and discomfort among employees and later it was found that the guy was innocent.
Lack of interaction among the teams:
There was very less interaction between the teams so if there was any issue regarding anything teams used to blame each other for that issue.
These were the two conflicts that Witty Vision was struggling from and to resolve these issues OD consultants were called and explained the scenario and asked for help.
Consultants helped the organization to resolve these issues which were majorly affecting the organization.
CONFLICT RESOLUTIONOD consultants were called and they suggested few
things to get these things out of the organization. In the first case the guy who was blamed for the IP
leak was given extra benefits and was asked to attend few informal sessions with all the employees and after a while this problem was resolved.
In the second case the infrastructure of company was changed and teams were seated in a way that they all could see each other and very famous water cooler model was followed as well.
This is how conflicts were resolved and measures were taken and kept in mind so as to avoid these types of conflicts
in future.
