Good afternoon! I’m glad to see you! Today we are going to continue

speaking about the United Kingdom. But today the topic of the lesson is a bit different. In order to learn the topic of the lesson, please, open your books at page 83. What is the topic?

-Today we will read the text about Wales.

Yes. That’s right! At today’s lesson we will: -read a text. -do some exercises on the text and

speak about it. -learn some information about Wales. After the lesson we will be able to

write an essay.

suppositions about the content of the text.

I don’t believe that The Welsh language is not an official one in Wales now. I think there are some people there who can speak Welsh.

I don’t believe that Catherine Zeta-Jones is the Welsh actress. Se is probably American.

I don’t believe that there is a red rose in the flag of Wales. It is the symbol of England.
