DESCRIPTION

Ivana Svecova is famous for producing porcelain, ceramics and pottery and then painting them. She has tried to replicate a lot of old designs on all of the above and has done a lot of exhibition to showcase her work to the public with critical acclaim. Ivana found the Enterprise Cultural Heritage training material very interesting and informative in her line of work because her work entails trying to maintain or sometimes revive some old forgotten cultural design. The Enterprise Cultural Heritage material has also been helpful with how to market her paintings to the public, how to carry them along so that they feel like they are part of the creative process.

Innovation through heritage

Ivana found the ECH training material very interesting and informative in her line of work because her work entails trying to maintain or sometimes revive some old forgotten cultural design by producing replicas of potteries and ceramics designs, she then paints everything by hand and they are all displayed in her exhibition.

She is one of many local artists trying to maintain and show the very rich heritage and culture of Czech Republic.

You can find more of her designs and exhibitions on her website www.ivasvecova.cz

Brand management applied…

The ECH material has also been helpful with how to market her paintings to the public, how to carry them along so that they feel like they are part of the creative process.

By involving the public in the process she is able to create more buzz about her paintings which will also attract more people to come and see the exhibition.

Ivana also intends to use other ideas from the ECH material like brand management and intellectual property management to promote her work. IP Management will especially help her to maximize the value of her specific knowledge in her work that is unique to her and nobody else.Image from http://www.ivasvecova.cz
