2. Why might the amount of studying be different for college versus high school?

3. How might the studying you do in college be qualitatively different than that in high school?

4. What is different about college that might success less likely?

5. What is different about college that might make success more likely?

6. What are some reasons that good students might do poorly?

Homework: Learn to read a syllabus. Find the syllabus on Canvas. Read it through. Find the “Syllabus + Expectations” assignment on Canvas. It will ask you to submit

1-2 paragraphs in Canvas explaining what you expect to get out of this class.

1-2 paragraphs explaining what is expected of you in this class.

Be sure to differentiate these two writing assignments clearly in your submission.
