ACTIVITIES
A1. The Diary of a Young Traveller - October 2017 – June 2019. • Children from each country choose a character (a toy) that will
travel with teachers to all the meetings and trainings on theirbehalf.
• The toy will collect impressions and put them into a diary in a form of a album with photos and stories.
• Children will prepare a passport for their toy. • After each visit the diary will be presented to children. • End product: one album in every partner institution.

A2. The Code of a Young European in a form of a poster. -October 2017 • Children will prepare a poster concerning the right behaviour
towards other people. • They will discuss means of communication with friends from
partner countries and what they can do for them (preparingChristmas gifts, sending artwork, performances via Skype).

A3. The Blog of the project / FB page –October / November 2017 • contains all the information concerning the realisation of the
project, propagating the idea of tolerance and multiculturalismas well as sharing the end products and results.

A4. A logo of the project - October 2017• The logo will be chosen by voting for artworks prepared by
children and parents. • The winning logos from each country will be taken to the
international meeting when teachers will vote again for the bestlogo of all.

A5. Conducting lessons - October 2017 – January 2018• about partner countries that will make children aware of living in
one European family and similarities and differences between its members.

A6. The Voice of Europe – a singing competition for children. -December 2017 • Songs should be sang in national languages and should concern
the idea of friendship and tolerance. • The presentation of songs would be through a blog as well as
shared • End product: films.

A7. Europe in minature – January 2018 • preparing an artwork and 3D exhibitions of cities of partner
institutions. • End product: exhibition photos.

A8. An International Carnival Ball – February 2018 • organising a carnival for children with music from each partner
countries (national languages) • End product: a film and photos.

A9. Master Chefs – April 2018 • a competition for children and parents for the best national dish. • The jury consisting of children will choose 5 best dishes which
will be put in a national cookery book and later shared with partners
• End product: one cookery book per country

A10. Erasmus + picnic for a local community (families, neighbours) - May / June 2018• propagating the idea of the project, tolerance and cultural
richness. • The picnic will include children's performances, artwork
exhibitions, food prepared by parents, project music. • The other aim of the project is a charity for a chosen aim. • End product: films and photos.

A11. A virtual mobility via Skype – September 2018 a presentation of songs about holidays and summer. Children will teach each other names of the holiday items online (sunglasses, a ball etc) End product: photos, films.

A13. International Day of Tolerance (16th of November) –November 2018 • teachers will stage a play about tolerance that will be prepared
during one of the teacher trainings. • End product: a play script.

Europe. • Preparing a performance of children singing a carol in national
language. • Preparing Christmas cards and send them to friends form partner
institutions. End product: a film.

community what to do to protect the environment. • End products: posters.

A1-to draw a big Europe project map to the wall of the school with the students as a start of the project.A2-to inform the school staff and Local press on the project.A3-to start using the blog and the website.A4- Project Logo Competition: Students in each school will design the graphics and the symbols of our project and we will publish them on the website so all the participants can see them and vote for the best.A5- Getting to Know Each Other (Pen-pal Communications): Students will be paired and will start communicating with a regular schedule (post, email, video-presentations, photo leaflets). Exchanges will consist of winter and spring greetings, presentation letters, seasonal holidays and customs in their country, daily life at school, favouritethings, family presentations.

ACTIVITIES• All project activities will be led and initiated by one partner school, • then carried out/implemented by all partners before the Learning,
Teaching Training Activities (LTT). • The host school presents the activity e.g. maths problems, handicraft
task on the blog for all partners to implement before LTT. • During LTT the hosting school will show their approach for
implementing specific activities and lead discussions on the implementation.
• Monitoring online sessions will also be implemented before each Transnational Meetings (TM).
ACTIVITIES• Sweden set up the project website, • including shared blog and • chat room for; • presentation of all tasks, • activities, • teacher and pupil discussions, • Skype conferences, • outcomes, successes, • monitoring and minutes from TM.
ACTIVITIES BEFORE C1• -Poland prepare a questionnaire to establish students´ voice, knowledge,
preconceptions at early stage of the project, empowering student participation. To learn about children's knowledge and attitudes towards maths, on blog
• -Sweden put together the project calendar with all activities, meetings and deadlines included
• -Sweden set up and initiate chat room• -Sweden set up Skype conferences for pupils/teachers, for showing
tasks/didactic discussions before C1 and C2• -Portugal prepare and lead the project logo competition• -Sweden plan and initiate partner presentations (country, geographical

• C3 - Poland host C3 present and engage pupils, hosting and visiting teachers in the didactic activities, methods and discussions, sharing experiences (Greece x4: Project coordinator, 2 maths specialist teachers and an I.C.T subject leader.) (7 days - 22 participants)
• 2ND TM - Portugal host the second, halfway TM for monitoring the project, activities, deadlines, outcomes and possible problems. Decisions for future activities, deadlines etc will be made (Greece x3)
TRAVELLING • C2 - Greece host C2 present and engage pupils, hosting and visiting
teachers in the didactic activities, methods and discussions, sharing experiences (7 days - 26 participants)
• C4 - Spain host C4 present and engage pupils, hosting and visiting teachers in the didactic activities, methods and discussions, sharing experiences (Greece x4: Project coordinator, 2 maths specialist teachers and a special needs teacher.) (7 days - 24 participants)
• 3RD TM -UK host final TM, monitoring/evaluation of progression, aims, activities, outcomes, possible problems and final report is completed (Greece x3)
