What’s your background in video

editing?

I just do it for fun. I’m self-taught.

How long did it take to film and edit?

I started in November, but then I had to start from scratch a couple months

afterwards, so I spent months and months on it.

The three main reasons why people were not hired after their profile was checked were:

• Candidate posted provocative or inappropriate photographs or information – 53 percent

• Candidate posted content about them drinking or using drugs – 44 percent

• Candidate bad-mouthed their previous employer, co-workers or clients – 35 percent
