DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS:SPIRITUAL WELLNESS
WHAT IS SPIRITUAL WELLNESS ?
Spiritual Wellness is having compassion, the capacity for love and forgiveness, altruism, joy, and fulfillment help you enjoy your spiritual health. Your religious faith, values, beliefs, principles, and morals define your spirituality.
At its most basic, Spiritual Wellness involves connecting with the bigger picture as you search for meaning and purpose in your life. Concepts including non-judgment, discipline, conscientiousness, selflessness, and other actions that increase our own sense of inner peace as well as peace with the world around us. Another words, spiritual wellness could be achieved through playing with others, being nice to everyone around you, having a friend to talk to, listening to a friend and being at peace with everyone around you.
If you were to better your SPIRITUAL WELLNESS, you would:
Be nice and friendly to everyone you see, Do things that satisfy all your wants Make others around you happy and you
would not have any worries on your mind.
For instance, You can talk to someone who is feeling
lonely and you can offer your help. Confess your worries to someone who
you feel comfortable talking to Do things that make you happy and will
promote positive environment for others around you
SO…. Do good things for others, make them feel
loved, feel loved yourself!
Be at peace with yourself (NO WORRIES!) and make everyone around you feel happy and comfortable.
