The entire sixth grade class at Dodge Middle School finished off the school year with a 5K run/walk event held on Wednesday, June 6. Funds raised will benefit 360 Communities and be directed to Farmington families.

The entire Dodge Sixth Grade listened in to instructionsand got fired up for the 5K

The students lined up at the start/finish line and soon they were off!

The route took them along Akin Road.

The half-way point was located at 198th Street and offered a time check and a water station.

The lead runner kept up a brisk pace.

Fans lined the route and cheered on the students.

Principal Chris Bussmann and Superintendent Jay Haugen encouraged the students at the finish.

Students were able to record their times and earn a sense of accomplishment for their achievement.
