Getting services concerning on the matters of license approval regarding any trade related matters, lease of Jalmahals, consideration of the matter of Birth Certification and Election process etc.

Proper advertisement need to be done.

The instructions regarding how to get services should be made clear.

Reform should be introduced in the time consuming process of submission and approval of applications.

Employees should be friendly with the applicants.

The types of services should be listed and declared transparently.

Employees should provide the service spontaneously.

Chances should be provided to the people so that they can get services at a same time.

The Result of Proper Service on the Development

E-Governance will greatly simplify the process of information accumulation.

It will empower people to get involved in the process of decision making.

It has the opportunity to strengthen the fabric of democracy.

It will help to ensure that information regarding every work of public welfare is easily available .

It will ensure much more transparency in order to reduce corruption.

It has the potentiality to make every government department responsible.

It will offer better management, greater convenience, revenue growth, cost reductions etc.

It will help business access information that might be important for them at a click.

E-Governance practices can make it possible for people to get their work done online .
