• The first step we did when editing was adding the clip for our film onto premier. This would be part of our recording for the film that we got from a day of filming, we would then view the clip to see what parts of it we could cut out, as we have only got a limited time space so anything that isn’t relevant has to be removed.

• The next step would be linking all of the video clips together, by dragging them, this would help give the film continuity, which is key for a good film, otherwise the film would look broken up and parts of the film wouldn’t link with each other.

Then you would use the rolling edit tool to shorten the length of each of the clips so the time of the film fits into the limit that we have been given.

• Another tool we used was the razor tool, this would cut parts of the clip into different pieces of clips. This would be helpful if you want to delete parts of the clip that are in the middle you can use this tool to remove it without getting rid of the rest of the clip.
