1.Comprehensive Situational Analysis of existing ICT services and Resources

Contract Award–September 01 2011

Contract Duration –September to November (12 weeks)

• Audit of ICT resources and assessment of requirements of the MoEC, its agencies and Educational Institutions

• Teachers’ competencies

• Database reflecting all ICT resources per educational institution

• Tender dossier for the procurement of equipment, hardware and software for the 24 schools and 9 community spaces targeted, the MoEC and its agencies

2. Audit and Needs Assessment of Existing ICT Spaces and Infrastructure

Contract Duration –September to December (14 weeks)

• Conduct an Audit of ICT spaces (including structural soundness, ventilation, security, walls, windows, doors, ceiling, roof, flooring etc.,),

• Prepare a Tender dossier comprising modular design/layout for ICT space utilization

• Supply delivery and installation of one (1) retrofitted mobile computer facility

Support and participation to the fullest extent in the process of consultation

Submission from all identified stakeholders and beneficiaries will be submitted in a timely manner

Target beneficiaries are willing to participate and collaborate in the ICT integration, training and development

Information required to inform the consultancies is readily available
