He buy back the stock of $20 million through which several lives were saved.
Statement reflects the priorities and importance of customers and also legal liability.

boundaries of legal laws.

Contradictions amongst the articles
The first Article emphasize on steps which manager should use at the
critical situation and also can be used to improve the organizations
performance.
The second article emphasizes on the skills which managers should
have, but on the contrary most of the managers have not all skills.
Sometimes the organization suffers at some level just because of the lack
of skills.
SIMILARITIES AND
DIFFERENCES
All the steps are related and similar what we have studied. These all
steps help us at the time of decision making and establishing goals. We
have studied some steps about traditional and MBO approach which
follow these steps eventually.
These skills have been studied from theories as well at the time of
decision making and reducing the conflict between coworkers. Most of
the managers focus on the communication and problem solving skills.
At each managerial levels have different skills.
Application in Pakistan
It started working in year 1947 from posts and telegraphs
In 2008 the company was firing the employees due to lack of
skills and salaries expense.
The labor strike was held and affect the company’s reputation
very badly.
Company took some effective steps to overcome this problem.
PTCL has started hiring the more qualified people.
Training for new hired employees.
Customer response increased.
Company become stable in the competitive
market.
CONCLUSION
It includes certain steps and skills which a manager should implement
in that situation.
It evaluates and controls the situation through which company is
passing.
It gives reliable results when steps are followed carefully.
