How do I incorporate my ideas into an education draft, SD79? They apply to others.

The SD 79 Education menu is designed to point out education problems of the few to incorporate them in the Master Budget Plan. Then to design a Master Budget Plan that can be implemented to 2015. The design is to pass a draft budget plan that provides the additional supplies, teachers, staff, in a budget with minimal changes and that remains as updates like the ones you require will be more likely to be applied.
