Foroveradecade,CMShasdistributed30%greaterresources, primarilyteachingpositions,toschoolsthatserveourmostchallenged students,thosethatoursocietysendstoCMSlesspreparedtolearn.In addition,CMShascommittedoverthepast5yearstoinsurethatour mostchallengedstudentshaveanequalopportunitytoreceiveour mosteffectiveteachersthroughourteacherhiringandstudent schedulingprocesses.Inaddition,theboardshouldcontinueto challengeourcommunitytoprepareallstudentsforlearningwhich wouldimproveCMSabilitytoserveallstudentstobecomeproductive contributingmembersofoursociety.Forourhighachievingstudents, theBoardshouldexpandchallenging,stimulatingacademicprograms whilecontinuouslyelevatingthequalityandeffectivenessofour teaching.Thiswillensurethatallofourstudentsarestretchedand challengedtoexcelandtobecomefutureleaders.
