Statement
The importance of a proper diet
There are several reasons why a person should follow a proper diet. First of all, a healthy diet, which includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, provides the vitamins and minerals that a person needs to stay healthy. Second, a proper diet gives the energy needed to carry out daily activities. Finally, good food is ‘brain food;’ it provides the important nutrients that a person needs to learn effectively. In sum, these are some of the many reasons why a person should follow a proper diet.
