We have automated our implementation, data migration, training & support process.
Implementation With Initial Data Migration• We will create an implementation schedule • We will also create master data migration schedule• We have xls data template for all modules master data. We will share that with the
institute for master data.• We will try to do as much as data migration from centralised location in xls template.
Training• We have built a training management platform –integrated with whiteboard. We will
do a first level centralized training on data template if net is not an issue from online.• We will create a training schedule group wise using our same teacher training
module followed by an assessment .• We will have an adhoc training system cater to adhoc training needs for resource
change.

IMPLEMENTATION APPROACH
Support• We have a centralised 14*7 call centre followed by mobile based ticketing system
with chat facility- we have made that available for you.
• Faculties & staff can log request from their mobile or tablet . They can chat or can speak with the call centre personnel, if required.
• As per our experience, we have found 80% of tickets are data related. We have created a rule engine which will able to take data related issues by a non technical person - central level
• We need to have a dedicated data entry team to cater backlog of data
• We have built the centralised support infrastructure to cater the implementation need
