Thermocouple Band Replacement Instructions

Step 1

Unscrew and remove both stainless steel halves.

Remove the aluminum back plate.

Unscrew and remove both thermocouple connecting screws, and remove the old thermocouple.

Step 4

Insert the new thermocouple, secure its feet and replace screws. Test the unit on the surface of a known or estimated heated object >32°F to <1000°F.

Reinsert the aluminum back plate.

Step 6

Reinsert stainless steel half moon and secure them in place with screws.
