Pros Cons

• The IPhone has a built in camera which enables me to use taking photos of our work.

• I can also use it to do any necessary research using an app called Safari.

• Also it has a built in microphone so I can use for tasks like evaluation question 5 where I recorded my voice for a voice over

• The IPhone has very low battery life so I can’t use it as long as I want.

• It has small amount of memory for films because the phone contains other apps

• The Mac has an app called safari which I have used for research

• Macs are visually appealing and excellently designed.

• It has a different setting than a windows computer so it takes time to get use to it.

• The camera enables me to take pictures of our locations and upload to the computer

• Also I have used during our filming on our opening scene

• There are times that the camera doesn’t have enough battery life to be able to use

• The camera is a fragile item so I have to be care where a put it.

• It allows me to make my own music by recording the music first and then upload it to GarageBand

• Also I can use the built in instruments and compose music from the app

• Uploading my music from a recorder to GarageBand doesn’t always have a good sound quality.

• It takes time to get use to the app.

• Final Cut Express enables me to use different types of effects to make scenes look more interesting

• It has a timeline bar which helps when editing because it makes the clip accurate

• It is time consuming when learning how use this app

• YouTube enables me to look at tutorials for apps that are new to me like Final Cut Express and using the camera

• I can also use it for researching sound effects for our Opening scene

• YouTube may not contain the right video that I wanted to research

• Using Prezi for presentation looks aesthetically pleasing

• You can easily insert photos, videos and audio.

• It is time consuming to get use to Prezi.

• Has limited fonts and colours

• The audience may get distracted from the animation

• PowerPoint Presentation is very easy to use

• You can add slide transitions to make your presentation interesting

• I have use SlideShare until I can upload my presentation to my blog.
