PROBLEM STATEMENT
To evaluate the extra class work used for 9th
graders at Liceo Dr. Vicente Lachner Sandoval
during the II period year 2014 in order to
develop a proposal using non-conventional
techniques which improve speaking skills.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
• To know the opinion of the students about the traditional extra classes versus the nontraditional extra classes.
• To survey teachers determining if the evaluation system is appropriate for developing nontraditional assignments.
• To determine the English level required in order to develop the extra class work.
• To evaluate the socio – cultural interest of the students in order to apply the interactive activities in the extra class works.
• To recognize the necessary resources to develop interactive extra class works.
• To identify the available resources to develop nontraditional extra class works.
• To develop an evaluation proposal with nontraditional extra class work using the MEP programs
VARIABLES
• Students opinion about traditional and nontraditional extra class work.
• Teachers opinion about the implementation of nontraditional extra class works.
• Level of English knowledge of students regarding to the use of non convectional techniques.
• Socio cultural interests of the students

To purpose the use of a series of non-conventional techniques to improve speaking skills.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
• To include socio cultural interests in the extra class work of the ninth graders students.
• To elaborate the rubrics to evaluate non-conventional extra class works.
JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROPOSAL
• Absence of knowledge
• Lack of interesting
• Create a distinct environment in the class
• To evaluate the acquired knowledge
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL
• Avoid plagiarism
• To include different learning methods
• Interactive and creativity
EVALUATION
• Two chart rubrics are elaborated
• Type one to evaluate speaking skill
• Type two to evaluate another aspects
