TO SUMMARISE – DID YOU LIKE MY COVER?

Every person, who done my survey on my contents page,

said that they liked it.

TO SUMMARISE - COLOUR

The colour matched the house style and followed on through out the front cover and the contents, which gave it a ‘professional

look’

The colours were conventional for similar magazines like Rolling Stone and Q. This showed that the colours were seen to be

sophisticated and follow the rules or conventions of a normal mainstream magazine with a similar audience class.

TO SUMMARISE - LAYOUT

The articles and page were split into three thirds which is conventional for other magazines.

The images would take up to thirds and the writing taking up the final third, this makes the importance of other articles obvious, so

most popular articles can be found quicker

A criticism was that there may not have been enough information in the table of contents

TO SUMMARISE -FONT

There wernt any different fonts on the contents page which would contrast each other, this maybe could be improved to show again,

importance of other articles.

There should also be some writing upon the images to act as captions.

Although the fonts were all relevant for the type of magazine.

TO SUMMARISE -IMAGE

The image of the female, leaking out of the box gave it an effect of breaking the walls and showing a more modern take on the layout.

The images which were larger showed importance. Though 4 images, the image were minimal so kept in with the conventional

take on the mainstream magazine
