After creating my second draft, I still felt that the poster was too dark. This time I lightened the background slightly. I had to be careful though that you could still read the writing. I then brightened the characters in the image to match the background. I also moved the image up further again so that the characters were framed properly in between the writing which I felt worked better still. I then used the rubber tool to blend the ground together again. To export the image throughout each drafting process, I used ‘export as’ under ’file’ and saved the image as png files.
