Use the Legal Case Look Up to find cases by citation, parties, or topic.

If you know the area of the constitution your topic pertains to, you could search that as well. For examples, “Fourth Amendment,” or, “deadly force.”

If you don’t know which specific case you’re looking for, it may take some digging to find one that pertains to your research.

The information on this screen will tell you in which court the case was decided.
