Mediation: Maslow‘s Hierarchy of Needs

The base of Maslow‘s Hierarchy of Needs are PHYSIOLOGICAL needs (basic

needs).

Above of this the SAFETY needs are located.

The middle layers of needs are BELONGING and LOVE (social needs).

The fourth layers are needs of SELF-ESTEEM (achievement, mastery, recognition,

respect).

All humans are trying to get to the top level (SELF-ACTUALIZATION needs).
