Our approach to learning is child-centric, encouragingactivity-based learning and inculcating a scientific temper and a spirit offree enquiry. In our curriculum, the student is the primary focus, and eachchild is involved in the learning process. We motivate our teachers to providean atmosphere for discovery, where students are encouraged to be creative andcurious, instead of only loading the children with academic burden.

While academic excellence is our major thrust, the school is also devoted to prepare our students for life, prepare them to face the challenges of tomorrow, andencourage them to be socially relevant. We encourage each child to develop intheir special field of interest so as to best showcase their particular type oftalent and grow to their full potential, and constantly groom them to pass outas men and women competent to bear responsibility in all walks of life. Our school aim to develop a good sense of discipline and moral values within the ever-changing social norms of society. Children these days are much more sensitive; they posses very high self-esteem and believe in independent thinking. Therefore, we ensure that the approach to motivating and getting the best out of children isbased on the positive reinforcement of good work and good behavior. Oureducational philosophy is centered on praise, encouragement, enthusiasm, andaffection, rather than criticism, fear and punishment. Our website is a window to our vibrant school life. Our vision is to work in partnership with our pupils, parents, and the community at large to create a positive and inclusive environment for high quality learning and teaching where everyone isvalued and respected.Education is learning, not only how to succeed in life and make money or hold positions, but also, how to fail and stand up again. Education is also having the courage and strength to walk on the path of truth, humility and hard work which I am trying to follow.Rajesh JoshiPrincipal

Message From the Chairman's Desk

• Whenever I am asked to define education, I remember a beautiful quote of Mahatma Gandhi on it. He said, “Real education has to draw out the best from the boys and girls to be educated.” Truly inspired by the visions of Gandhiji and other eminent educationists of our country and the rest of the globe, we have decided to come up with one more significant and creative step in school education with a strong commitment of use of modern and innovative approach for spreading knowledge. Well, I am extremely delighted to welcome you warmly to Mandsaur International School, Mandsaur, which is dedicated to inculcate strong moral values, qualities of integrity, honesty, creativity, imagination, perseverance, benevolence, discipline, self-confidence, transparency of thoughts and command over communication skills in all its students besides academic excellence. We are at the doorstep of a new challenge and opportunity with a pledge of making our school a centre of excellence where a stress free and caring environment is there for nurturing the young minds. We seek your vital co-operation and a great support for all times to accomplish the high standards.

• Sincerely,(Narendra Nahta

discipline

• School discipline is the system of rules, punishments, and behavioral strategies appropriate to the regulation of children oradolescents and the maintenance of order in schools. Its aim is to control the students' actions and behavior.

• An obedient student is in compliance with the school rules and codes of conduct. These rules may, for example, define the expected standards of clothing, timekeeping, social conduct, and work ethic. The term discipline is also applied to the punishment that is the consequence of breaking the rules. The aim of discipline is to set limits restricting certain behaviors or attitudes that are seen as harmful or going against school policies, educational norms, school traditions, et cetera.
