Monthly circulation increased on April 4th

--started with 3 per month, increased it to 5

Keep marketing the service

--new Hoopla for Kids option (limit selection to titles appropriate

for kids 12 and under)

Refer users of our other digital services to Hoopla

Provide feedback to Hoopla about the limitations of the service
