Henry, Gretchen, & the toy storeBy: Izzy

Once upon a tinker toy… There once was a little boy named Henry who was 6 years old & a girl named Gretchen but her friends called her Mag but only her friends. They were both adventures but one more than the other (if you know what I mean.) So like I was saying Henry & Gretchen live in New York, New York were there is the big’s bests Toy stores in all the U.S.A. So when Henry wanted to go to all of them after school Gretchen us went a long with it. They started at the most Busy store in all of N.Y.C, especially in December & it use happened to be December. The store was called the Rescales, ah those people why they are Rescales; oh yah sorry some times I get a little worked up. But any ways, they walked in the store admiring every slick, modern touch the shiny tin can of a building it was. They walked down every aisle in there; I should probably tell you that there were 50 aisles (wow right.) Gretchen was egosed but Henry still had some jump in his step.

Gretchen asked, “ so is there any thing you what in this aisle?” still dragging her knees in egsosedment “No” said Henry “Can we go to a different store” asked Henry, “ Well this is the

only store you what’d to go to all day,” said Gretchen trying to Len to no. “But, But, Please!” whaled Henry. “All right, fine will go to one more store but that’s it ok ” “ok” said Henry. Nine stores later,” just one more store” said Henry
