Heroes Quest Be Inspired! READ!

September 15 – October 22Students at SPE are on a “Quest for Characters” who inspire them in books and everyday life. Because this is a quest, students must accomplish several tasks to be entered into our Reading Hero Hall of Fame. They will be invited along with local heroes to our hero lunch in October. They will collect prizes along the way.

Task 1. Collect 10 Book Clues on the SPE Library Website to complete the quest on the back of this sheet.

Task 2. Turn in 5 completed bookmarks for your grade level *goal

*K-1 Gold = 100-200 pages *2-3 Orange = 200-300 pages *4-5 Purple = 400-500 pages

Add up the pages read each week and complete a character profile on the front of the bookmark Total =100

Task 3. Nominate your hero using the attached “You’re my Hero” for our Hero Wall of Fame in the library (Parents, who was your hero growing up?)

Turn in this sheet completed at anytime on or before Oct 22.
